Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Amazon Listing Generator you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Billing

Amazon Listing Generator offers credit-based subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or illegal product listings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to access the service outside of documented APIs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. Generated listing text and images are yours to use for your Amazon product listings.

The Amazon Listing Generator name, logo, and application code remain our intellectual property.

AI-Generated Content

Listings and images are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before publishing it on Amazon or any other platform. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, compliance, or performance of generated content.

Limitation of Liability

Amazon Listing Generator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or listing removal by Amazon.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
